At our comfortable café, we offer a variety of individually crafted coffee beverages. Those big places may be content pressing a button on a machine, but each of our drinks is handmade.
Our espresso starts with the selection of several types of Arabica coffee beans. Josh and Paul carefully “cup” and select numerous single origin coffees, roast and blend them for our proprietary Cefalù Blend, designed for espresso.
We grind our beans immediately before each shot of espresso is run. This allows us to monitor our extraction time, adjust the grind accordingly, and maintain the essential flavor oils to obtain a rich dense crema and sweet flavor.
Our sophisticated yet delicate espresso machines and grinders are constantly monitored, adjusted and serviced on a daily basis.
Our baristas are trained in the art of espresso — precision, care, skill and speed produce an exceptionally crafted beverage. The people who make your espresso are as passionate about it as you are.
Our Drip Coffee: There are always five varieties of freshly brewed drip coffees available in our café, including our own House Blend. We use a generous portion of ground coffee per pot to produce a satisfying, rich cup.
Our Iced Coffee: None of this pour-yesterday’s-pot-over-ice! We use a cold water Mayan brewing technique. The ground coffee steeps in cold water for 24 hours; The result is a mellow, rich and satisfying iced coffee.
Our Coffee Frappes: Freshly drawn espresso blended with milk, ground chocolate and ice creates a frosty treat.
Our Hot Chocolate and Mochas: We melt and swirl real chocolate chips for every order. It may take extra time than a powder, but the results are worth the wait!
Our teas: We have partnered with a London-based tea broker to offer you a wide selection of tea. Choose from a classic English Breakfast, a lighter Blueberry White, or an herbal Cranberry Apple Cinnamon Blend. All of our teabags are handmade each morning on the premises.
