Stop by the café to check out our ever-changing selection of mouth-watering gourmet desserts, snacks, and seasonal goodies. All of our pastries are hand-crafted and baked on the premises. Our pastry chefs use the finest ingredients and years of combined experience when baking our products.

Your Morning Meal
Our bagels come from H&H in New York City and are baked in the kitchen every morning, along with muffins and scones. We always offer Raspberry and Blueberry muffins, along with two or three specialty muffins that vary from day to day. See our Facebook page for daily updates on muffin and scone selections. We also offer vegetable or meat quiche every day, available whole or by the slice.

Afternoon Snacks
Our pastry case is always stocked full of goodies for those who need an afternoon treat or something to take home for dessert. Try the always popular Pumpkin Bread or one of our trademark Purple Cow Cookies. Or bring home a box of Almond Rings, Ginger Sugar Cookies, Raspberry Squares, or Chocolate Almond Bombs.

Special Events
If you are celebrating a birthday or special event, we offer a selection of cakes, available whole or by the slice. Chocolate lovers can indulge themselves with our Triple Layer Chocolate Mousse Cake. We also offer a Carrot Cake made with real cream cheese frosting. We can help you design the wedding cake of your dreams, Bar Mitzvah cakes, christening cakes, birthday cakes, and more – whatever you need to make your event special. Check out the beautiful specialty cakes on our Facebook page.

Holidays and Seasonal Treats
Take the pressure off the family cooks at holiday time by ordering a beautiful pumpkin or fruit pie. Or try something different and create a new family favorite this year.

For customers with food intolerances or allergies, we provide lists in the café of our products that are gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free.

 Keeping Mom On Her Toes

muffinsMuffins Made Fresh Daily

As a kid, Paul would call his mom out for using store-bought tomato sauce or a boxed cake mix (even if she had hid the evidence in the trash!). His siblings were picky too, but Paul was a notorious food snob. Paul’s mother, Dolores, is an accomplished amateur pastry chef and was known for inventing recipes and making wedding cakes for neighbors. When Paul moved back to the area to start his café, she too turned her talents to the family business by using her own muffin recipes. The kitchen still uses her recipes for muffins and sugar cookies. Gourmet magazine asked us for her Raspberry Muffin recipe, but we decided to keep it for ourselves!
